Our mission is to provide all of our brides with an experience of a lifetime, no matter their location, budget or unique idea. We strive to create the absolute best dream dress that we possibly can, while working with the client’s budget, using the highest quality materials, and creating a long-term relationship with each bridal client to make sure every detail is perfect for her special day.
Our in-house designer has many years of experience and expertise working in the custom bridal industry, learning day by day what each and every bride wants for her unique custom design and bringing that idea to life. With our designer’s background in product development, fashion and graphic design, we know you will be overjoyed with the final product!

Where are you located?

We are located in San Antonio, Texas. We serve clients locally and worldwide, utilizing technology to ease the process for our clients. We perform our design consultations via e-mail, phone, Skype or in person. Most remaining interactions after the design consultation are conducted using e-mail, phone or Skype.


In the traditional bridal industry, there are many factors that determine the price of a wedding dress between the boutiques, bridal shops, designer labels, wholesalers, retailers, etc. All of these factors drive up the cost, and you end up paying much more than you should. We cut out the middleman, allowing us to provide you with the highest quality wedding dresses, using a reasonable pricing system, allowing us to provide something unique for each and every bride.

Production and Turnaround Time

At a traditional bridal shop, you typically are high pressured into ordering and rushed to order as soon as possible. Once the order is placed, you typically have to wait 4-8 months for your dress to come in, and that doesn’t include the time it takes for multiple fittings and alterations. A.Cherie cuts the production timeline down to a minimum, while still providing exquisite quality with our team of top seamstresses and fabric vendors. The A.Cherie custom process takes only 3~4 months for the Simple to Moderate price point categories, and 5-6 months for the Elaborate category. We then ship your dress to you, which is already made to your size and design specs, making the whole experience of wedding dress shopping faster, more convenient, and a unique experience of a lifetime to never forget!

Do you create other dresses besides wedding dresses?

Yes! We create other custom dresses besides wedding dresses. In the past we have created evening gowns, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom dresses. This process starts at $950 and follows our price category guideline. View Pricing.

Fitting and Alterations

All of our dresses are created to your custom measurements. We require 30+ measurements along with specific measurements required for your unique design. Over time, we have developed our  custom measurement guideline that is easy to use, and all of our past clients have been able to find a local seamstress or tailor in their area to measure them for their custom wedding dress using our guideline. We provide all information for you, and are here for you if there are any questions. Alterations will be up to the bride/client. If the measurements are done correctly, and the client does not go through any weight changes, the dress would only need very little to no alterations since the dress is made to your custom measurements.

Do you offer in-person fittings?

Yes we do! We want to give our brides every option so that they are comfortable using A.Cherie to create their dream dress for their special day. Since the in-person fitting is an extra step in our process, there is a $75 in-person fitting fee, and any alterations needed would be assessed individually. Like we said above, all dresses are created to 30+ measurements, and therefore will not need extensive alterations.

Preparation before the design consultation

We encourage our clients to have a good understanding of what they are wanting before scheduling a design consultation. We find it helpful to try on dresses of similar styles and silhouettes just to confirm that you are ready to commit to the design of your dream dress. Once you have your design in mind, this would be a good time to set up a design consultation. If you need some guidance on creating the dress of your dreams, no problem! Our designer is here to assist you and suggest things to you based on your body type, likes and dislikes, as well as assist with any other questions you may have.
